Classroom workshops

Our classroom workshops are highly interactive and focused on real work issues. Thus at the end of each classroom workshop, every participant can relate to application of concepts in their work area. We use adult learning techniques like discussions, presentations, simulations and role-plays to bring about high retention of learning. All our workshops are customized to the specific needs of the client organization. We also work with clients post the workshop to create and measure learning impact. Outbound workshops

Using nature as a medium we create and set-up experiential activities (linked to pre-identified themes). A typical workshop would involve the participants in an activity followed by debrief. The inherent flavor of fun (using activities) coupled with introspection, feedback and insights (during debrief) ensures powerful learning. Facilitator guides and challenges the participants to link the activity behavior with workplace application. Outbound workshops can address variety of themes like Team Building, Interpersonal Skills, Resource Management, Coaching, Risk Taking, Trust and others

Executive Coaching: One-on-One

This is an intense one-on-one engagement spread over a period of 3-4 months. The Coach (from Bizvantage team) and the Coachee have regular interactions (every 2-3 weeks). The discussions result in Coachee generating solutions for self-defined goals (around professional and personal areas) and converting them into actions. Very effective for behavior modification and emotional intelligence. Our team of Coaches is certified from NeuroLeadership institute.

On-the-job coaching

This is a powerful approach to build skills and develop an individual. It can be done as a follow-up of a classroom workshop or independently. A Bizvantage Work Coach will work with the participant (in their real work setting) and use "observation", "questioning" and "coaching' to create a personalized plan for the employee. The coach works with the employee and ensures completion of the actions and thus demonstrate skill development.

Business Consulting

In business consulting, we offer to help client organization to improve their performance, operating primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and the development of plans for improvement. Client organizations may draw upon the services of consultant for gaining external advice and access to consultant's expertise.
Bizvantage consulting may provide organizational change management assistance, process analysis, strategy development, operational improvement & recommendations for more effective & efficient ways of performing work task. Because of our exposer to and relationship with numerous organizations we are aware of Industry's best practices and help client organization with most effective solutions

Personality Assessment Tools

These are third party assessment tools that help an individual understand various dimensions of personality. We then use this important information to help the participant create specific action items in various areas. These can include "working better with others"; "communicating effectively"; "creating personal development plan" etc. We have a team of facilitators who are certified on the usage of following tools:
